How Do You Download and Use the Google Calendar?
You could download it from the Play Store on Android or the app store on your iOS devices. After you have downloaded the app, here is what you need to do.

Step 1: Open the Google calendar app. Do this by tapping on its icon (calendar) on the home screen of your device or its app drawer.
Step 2: Now when the app opens, time is shown in the vertical column on the left side and date is shown on the horizontal column at the top. Scroll the screen vertically and horizontally to reach to desired time and date respectively.
Step 3: Tap on the empty box corresponding to exact date and time to create an event for that time. A new screen appears.
Step 4: Enter the name of the event, location and other details etc. in the space provided.
Step 5: Now to share your calendar, tap on the ‘Guests’ options in the same screen and then enter the email id’s of the people with whom you want to share your calendar.
Step 6: Enter all the other event details in the spaces provided as per as your requirements and then tap on ‘Done’. This creates your event and shares your calendar with whom you desired (entered the email address earlier).
Step 7: To share an already created event, browse the exact date and time of the event scrolling horizontally and vertically respectively. Tap on the event which you want to share.
Step 8: Now, on the new screen tap on the ‘Guests’ options in the same screen and then enter the email id’s of the people with whom you want to share your calendar.
Step 9: Tap on ‘Done’. This will share your calendar with whom you desired (entered the email address earlier).
